Currently, Eagle Consulting is the third party monitoring and evaluation firm covering projects and grants funded by USAID and DFID in Mogadishu and the South Central regions of Somalia. Our current focus is on finding ways to improve the efficiency and accuracy of data collection as we use both quantitative and qualitative techniques. It is worth to be noted that average of 8 respondents were interviewed for each verification which makes the average total of respondents to be 3,384 respondents for only IBTCI-SPSS program.
